SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship all products from our warehouse located in Mroków, Poland. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Poland (Domestic): Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
- EU Countries: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. While we do our best to meet these timelines, factors such as carrier delays or customs processing may impact delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
SI YU SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at rirtsiyu@gmail.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
