Terms of service

PROIRON Poland — Store terms

1. Seller and contact

The seller is SI YU SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Józefa Piusa Dziekońskiego 1, 00-728 Warszawa, Poland. NIP: 5213930263; KRS: 0000903313; REGON: 389103365. Retail customer service: info@proironsports.pl; B2B / wholesale enquiries: b2b@proironsports.pl; telephone: +48 698 682 995. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform; the company named above is the seller.

2. Scope and product information

These terms cover purchases of physical goods through proironsports.pl. Product characteristics, sizes, package contents and prices are described on product pages. Screen settings may affect colour appearance. Mandatory rights concerning conformity with the description remain unaffected.

3. Ordering and contract

Customers select goods and variants, add them to the cart, provide accurate delivery and contact details, review the total and available payment and delivery methods, and submit the order using the final checkout button indicating the obligation to pay. Customers can correct information before submission.

An order is an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms acceptance. An automatic acknowledgement of receipt alone is not acceptance unless it expressly confirms acceptance. Keep the order and contract confirmation sent by email. An accepted contract cannot be unilaterally altered in price or quantity. If goods are unavailable, we will contact you to agree an appropriate lawful solution; we will not substitute goods without agreement.

4. Prices and payment

Retail prices are in PLN and include applicable VAT. Additional delivery charges and any other applicable charges are disclosed before ordering. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Changes in displayed prices do not change existing contracts. Payment deadlines or separately agreed business payment arrangements are communicated before acceptance.

5. Delivery

Available destinations, methods, charges and estimated processing and delivery times are described in the Shipping Policy and checkout. Consumer shipment risk remains with the seller until delivery to the consumer or designated recipient, except where the consumer independently appoints a carrier not offered by the seller. Statutory rights concerning delay, loss or damage are unaffected.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers normally have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving a reason. The Returns and complaints policy provides full instructions, return address, return costs, refund timing and a model withdrawal form. Original packaging is not a condition of statutory withdrawal. Mandatory statutory exceptions apply only where their legal conditions are met.

7. Complaints and conformity

The seller is responsible under Polish law for lack of conformity revealed within two years of delivery. Consumers have statutory rights to repair or replacement and, where legally applicable, price reduction or withdrawal. Submit complaints to the email or postal address above. Consumer complaints receive a response within 14 days of receipt. Necessary repair or replacement costs are borne by the seller. A commercial guarantee, where expressly offered, is additional to statutory rights.

8. Business customers

Contact us for wholesale cooperation. Wholesale enquiries do not create accepted orders. Dealer pricing, stock, shipping charges, invoicing and payment arrangements must be agreed before fulfilment. We do not make unilateral substitutions for unavailable items. Consumer protections apply to eligible sole traders to the extent required by Polish law. Other business purchases do not automatically carry the consumer withdrawal right.

9. Website and accounts

Browsing requires an internet connection and an up-to-date browser. Ordering and electronic confirmations require a working email address. Customers may use only lawful content and must protect account credentials. Account access and closure use the functions available in the store; assistance and complaints about electronic services are available at info@proironsports.pl. Ending account use does not terminate existing sales contracts or remove statutory recordkeeping obligations.

10. Privacy and intellectual property

Personal data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy. Marketing consent is separate from purchasing. Brand names, images and site content belong to their respective owners or licensors. Use beyond what is permitted by law requires the relevant permission.

11. Law and disputes

Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable to them. Competent courts are determined by law; no exclusive Warsaw jurisdiction is imposed on consumers. Consumer ombudsmen and UOKiK's out-of-court dispute information can provide assistance. After rejecting a complaint, we provide information about alternative dispute resolution as required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights or liability.

12. Changes

Updates apply prospectively and do not change already concluded sales contracts. Existing contracts remain governed by the terms applicable when concluded, subject to mandatory law. Contact us if you need a copy of the terms relating to an order.
